Benefit #1 - Quality:
We pride ourselves as a high quality manufacturer and we operate our facility in China using western quality principles. Hankscraft won’t switch materials or component specs without your knowledge. You can expect that if we send samples with a certain grade of plastic, that’s the way you will continue to receive it until you notify us that you would like it changed. We will minimize the risk of rejects by working with you to identify defect possibilities before problems begin. Our team will work with you on both sides of the world, our engineers will make as many trips as necessary to visit with your team. So, working with Hankscraft is a sure way to keep your cost of quality as low as possible.

Benefit #2 - Deliveries:
Choose Hankscraft as your contract manufacturing compnay and you’ll get on-time shipments and no excuses about customs or paper work delays. We can warehouse your inventory and deliver out of our Wisconsin and Long Beach locations. This way, you can take weekly deliveries in the U.S. and reduce your inventory while increasing cash flow.

Benefit #3 - Price Stability:
Many suppliers will state a low price up front and then nickel and dime you until the price has been re-adjusted to their liking, not yours. When Hankscraft quotes a price, we stick to it. The only thing that will affect our prices would be something drastic such as surges in raw material costs or dramatic design changes. In many instances, we have even found ways to reduce costs and offer price breaks.

Benefit #4 - Communication:
If you're in the U.S., you'll be communicating with Americans. If you're in China, you'll be communicating with Americans and English speaking engineers. Our General Manager in China is American and our employees from Wisconsin frequently travel to our Chinese factory. You'll have an American supplier with the cost benefits of Chinese manufacturing. If problems or opportunities arise urgently, we can be on your door step within a day if needed.

Benefit #5 - Our U.S. Facilities:
Hankscraft's manufacturing capabilities in Wisconsin include two factories. From time to time, there may need to be a design change or short, quick runs of your product. We can utilize both assembly lines in Wisconsin to do the work.
