The Model E is a powerful, AC synchronous motor designed for your heavy-duty needs.  This synchronous motor is ideal for new applications or retrofits where additional torque is required.  The Model E is a compact, pear-shaped AC motor that offers a wide range of output speeds and consistent torque rating of 400 inch-ounces at 1 RPM. The Model E, synchronous motor is constructed in a totally enclosed die-cast housing and has an all-steel gear train with hardened steel bearing pins for outstanding performance.  The Model E synchronous motor is manufactured in Reedsburg, WI, USA.
